- Abstract
The article offers information provenance of Bibliothèque Nationale de France, Rés D.862, volume containing five short, vernacular French texts printed by Colard Mansion, a 15th-century Flemish scribe, in Bruges, Belgium between 1476 and 1484. It informs that Mansion marketed his shorter pieces in a way as to encourage collection and mentions the at Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) claims, preserve one 15th century owner's collection of texts.
