- Abstract
The article reports on the case of In re The General Adjudication of All Rights To Use Water in the Gila River System and Source. In the case, which arose from ongoing court hearings involving the use of Gila River water and the impact of the Arizona Water Settlements Act, the Supreme Court affirmed a judgment approving the Tohono O'odham Settlement Agreement. The court had agreed to hear a claim from the Pascua Yaqui Tribe against the settlement, but granted no relief to the Pascua Yaqui.
