- Abstract
The article chronicles the growth of human rights activism in the U.S. focusing on domestic economic and social injustice as reflected in the lack of decent housing. The author asserts that there is injustice committed in American law with regards to provision of homes and protection of homeless individuals. As such, there is the potential of filling the gap in U.S. policy and jurisprudence by considering international human rights law.
