- Abstract
The article presents six human resource (HR) essential practices that can develop good employees and at the same time can be a key to the success of the business. These practices include maintaining of a complete Form I-9 that is necessary to document a new employee authorized to work in the U.S. Another practice is by ensuring minor detail accessible to all employees through appropriate posters and notices required by the states and federal law in order to prevent penalties and audits. Checking worker's compensation insurance policies is also important to consider to cover the damage caused by injury among employees at the workplace. Further, other practices aside from the three given are also discussed.
