- Abstract
The article presents the study investigating the reaction between green fluorescent protein (GFP)-tagged human enolase and the rhodamine-labeled DNA fragment using the fluorescent resonance energy transfer (FRET) assay. The said method can be used in studying key amino acids in binding proteins and the relative affinity of mutants for the wild type.
