- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 69-year-old woman who was presented with a non-pulsatile, subcutaneous mass in the upper third of her sternum four months after undergoing mitral valve replacement surgery and was eventually diagnosed with internal mammary artery pseudoaneurysm. Topics include the use of Robicsek technique for the sternal closure, findings on a chest computed tomography scan, and confirmation on the diagnosis of a pseudoaneurysm.
