- Abstract
The article reports on the perspective of a teacher regarding the report of the California Reading Task Force "Every Child a Reader." It is indicated that the necessitate for every child a reader is corresponded by requests for funds to make the report a reality. It is believed that the people on the task force appear to understand that the reading achievement of the children is due to complex factors. It is averred that the information in the report of the task force calls for word acknowledgement with easiness.
