- Abstract
The article presents a study which aims to demonstrate Autographa californica multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcMNPV) chitinase purification from a baculovirus-infected Sf-9 cell culture medium using pepstatin-aminohexyl-Sepharose columns and Mono Q column. The study used N-Acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) oligosaccharides and reaction products were determined by gel filtration high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results show that the process is effective for host larvae liquefaction.
