Secondary metabolites from Aquilaria agallocha flowers were studied. Six compounds (1–6) were obtained and isolated for the first time from this plant. A tetrahydrofuran metabolite found in nature, agallofuran (2-hydroxymethyl-5-methoxytetra-hydrofuran-3,4-diol) (1) was isolated from A. agallocha. This structure was elucidated based on physical and spectral analysis.
