- Abstract
The isolated compounds were identified by studying their UV, SP 1 sp H NMR, and SP 13 sp C NMR spectral data and HSQC and HMBC experiments followed by comparisons with literature data for the corresponding compounds. In continuation of systematic studies of chemical constituents from plants of this genus [[4]], the chemical composition of phenolic compounds from the aerial part of I S. oxystegia i Juz. gathered in Tashkent Region (Kamchik pass), Republic of Uzbekistan, during flowering (May 2021) was established by us. Fractions obtained upon elution of the initial column by EtOAc-EtOH (9:1) (17.6 g) were also chromatographed over silica gel using CHCl SB 3 sb -MeOH (9:1).
