- Abstract
The ethyl acetate extract (9.7 g) was separated by reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography on a medium-performance liquid chromatography equipment with a gradient of H SB 2 sb O-MeOH (0-100% MeOH) to give nine fractions (Frs. Subfraction F7.4 (0.11 g) was separated by silica gel column chromatography with CH SB 2 sb Cl SB 2 sb -acetone gradient (0-100% acetone) to give compound B 1 b (3.5 mg). Subfraction F7.5.2 (20 mg) was subjected to CC on silica gel with CH SB 2 sb Cl SB 2 sb -acetone (0-100% acetone), then preparative TLC ( I n i -hexane-acetone, 6:4), to give compound B 7 b (2.9 mg). Subfraction F8.3 (369 mg) was separated by silica gel column chromatography with CH SB 2 sb Cl SB 2 sb -acetone (0-100% acetone) to give five subfractions (Subfrs.
