- Abstract
Treatment of renal artery aneurysm may be considered in patients with treatment resistant hypertension.2 Resolution occurs most commonly in those with concomitant renal artery stenosis. GLO:HWR/01nov22:ans17506-fig-0003.jpg PHOTO (COLOR): 3 Post procedure renal artery duplex ultrasound, demonstrating good flow in the distal renal artery. gl Renal artery aneurysms (RAA) are a rare phenomenon. Given the patient's solitary kidney, and the aneurysm location in the distal main renal artery, stent grafting was determined to be the treatment of choice.
