Keywords: Simulation; LLETZ; Colposcopy; Training EN Simulation LLETZ Colposcopy Training 1643 1644 2 04/19/23 20230501 NES 230501 Dear Editor, Kiesel et al.described a novel simulator for simulating large loop excision of the transformation zone (LLETZ) using a 3D printing technique [[1]]. This method has been recently published in the literature and has shown that with a learning curve of 13 consecutive cervical excisions the difference between the presumed and actual depth of excision decreased significantly to an absolute difference of 2.2 mm thus enabling thereafter the colposcopist to a more accurate and targeted cervical excision.
