- Abstract
The article focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of the scholarly approaches to the resolution of issues associated to human embryos and in vitro fertilization (IVF). Among these theories include the Coleman Contemporaneous Consent Approach, Robertson Contract Theory, Supreme Court's jurisprudence on the Right to Not Procreate and Feminist position. It discusses the controversy over the proper legal status of frozen embryo. A legislation enhancing gamete donor dignity is also proposed.
