- Abstract
Football game is one of the teams that always need to enrich the scientific information to reach everything new in this game, as the workers in the field trying to find the best ways and methods through which to raise the level of physical performance, skills and plans, as well as raise the level of career . Physical and skilled performance are important elements that a football player must possess to resolve the outcome of the game in defensive and offensive play positions by acquiring the ball through which he can control the course of play and use all kinds of passes and rolling, as well as harmony on the pitch and score the highest In terms of goals, this can only be achieved by the players have good physical and skill performance and thus the players are qualified to carry out all the planning duties in different playing conditions. The importance of the research to reach the results reveal to the coaches the importance of the type of physical and skill training in a small space in the stadium to develop the capabilities of players in the physical and skill side through the development of a training program that includes a variety of exercises and to identify the impact of the program on the physical and skills variables of youth football . The research aims at the significance of statistical differences in the physical and skill performance of the emerging football players between the pre and post tests after the implementation of the training curriculum. In the specific training space on the physical and skill variables of emerging football players. To verify the research objectives, the researcher hypothesized that there are statistically significant differences between the results of the post-tests of the control and experimental groups in the physical and skill variables of the emerging football players . The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research, and the experiment was carried out on the main research sample in an intentional way from the players of the youth club Rizkari football in the Premier League for the sports season (2018-2019) and consisted of (25) players, and (20) of them were selected They represent the research sample, and were divided into two experimental and control groups, by following the method of random selection by lottery (10) players for each group. In order to determine the skills that will be adopted in the tests of physical performance and skills were analyzed the content of scientific sources, as well as conducting personal interviews, the researcher identified physical and skills tests appropriate to the objectives of the research, and then the researcher conducted a pilot test for tests on a sample of club players Razkari in order to identify the validity of tests in terms of application and the validity of devices and tools and know the time of each test, and was achieved homogeneity between the two research groups in the following variables (age, training age, length, mass) and equivalence in physical variables and Then, the exercises were designed in the small area that was applied to the experimental group, and then the pre-tests were carried out. The exercises took (8) weeks and (3) training units per week, then the exercises were carried out. Dimension with the same procedures and steps as in pre-tribal tests . The researcher used the following statistical methods: (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, torsion coefficient, test (T) for linked samples, test (T) for independent samples . The researcher concluded that the special exercises in the small training area used by the researcher are effective in developing the skill and physical performance of the young players in football and for the benefit of the experimental group . The exercise used by the researcher led to the development of some physical attributes of football (transition speed, agility) except (the characteristic force with speed) where he did not rise to moral. The exercises used by the researcher had a positive effect on the development of some basic skills of football (scoring, handling, rolling) and some development in the control group, but did not reach the moral similar to what happened in the experimental group . The researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to emphasize the football coaches using special exercises in the small training area in the training of young football players for their effectiveness in the development of skill and physical performance . Emphasis on football coaches using the style of play or competition because of its positive impact in the development of the skill and physical performance of emerging football players. And conduct similar studies on the variables of skill and other physical and different age groups.
