All data regarding turnover over a year were collected, supplemented with interviews and direct observation, enabling an overview on the topic. The research demonstrates that the main costs of turnover are linked to the processes of shutdown, replacement and training of new employees. The research confirms what the national scene points, which is a high turnover rate, that contributed to the high incidence of costs, indicating the need to plan business actions, such as the improvement of the process of recruitment and selection, reception, monitoring and training of employees.
