- Abstract
The article discusses a court case wherein the Supreme Court of British Columbia has considered the applicability of Pension Benefits Standards Act (PBSA) to the pension plan for supplemental employment and provincial property law. The court has opposed the decision of Air Canada and notes that Section Four of PBSA applies in pension plans. Moreover, the court concludes the entitlement of the former spouse of an order that requires Air Canada to pay supplemental retirement plan (SRP) monthly.
