- Abstract
The article discusses about the T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). It is a heterogenous disease and targets the T cells during their differentiation. four different pathway alterations are necessary to induce leukemic progression which includes overexpression of transcription factors, activation of receptors or deregulation of cell cycle mediators. Results including charts of the experiment for T-ALL is also presented.
