- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 60-year-old hemophiliac male presented with mitral valve regurgitation and high-titre inhibitor. It highlights the challenges in hemophilia treatment from a Jehovah's Witness patient who did not want to receive any blood products. The authors believe that with proper discussion and planning, patients with haemophilia who refuse blood products can safely undergo complex surgical interventions.
