It mentions that the Cultural Capability Framework focuses on ensuring health administrators and practitioners have the skills, knowledge and behaviors that are needed to plan, support, improve and deliver services in a culturally respectful. It presents information on plans of Aboriginal community leaders to oversee the development of a 5-year Strategic Plan that will strengthen.
