A case study of a sixty-three-year-old white male presented with self-infliction of a mercury glass thermometer in peritoneal cavity through the urethra. Topics discussed include urinalysis revealed red blood cells in the high power field; computed tomography confirmed the same; and successful removal of laparoscopic was performed.
