The article examines the US. Supreme Court cases Epic Systems Corp. versus Lewis and Janus versus American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, which have inflicted substantial legal damage on workers and unions. Topics covered include the court decisions in the case, the potential damage of the Epic Systems decision on U.S. workers and the implications of the Janus decision for labor unions.
