- Abstract
The article discusses criminal culpability in relation to cyber-bullying litigation and the possibility that homicide charges could be levied against a person who is accused of bullying in America. School-based anti-bullying laws in America are mentioned, along with various bullying-related legal cases such as United States v. Drew which deals with defendant Lori Drew and an invasion of privacy matter involving defendants Dharun Ravi, and Molly Wei. Criminal causation rules are examined.
