- Abstract
The article focuses on a petition by the Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Association for reviewing an order of the BRB affirming compensation awarded under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act for injuries flowing from claimant's asbestosis. Under Section 3(c) of the Act, no compensation is payable if the injury was occasioned due to the intoxication of the employee.
