- Abstract
The article discusses the developments of the periodical "Journal of Current Issues & Research in Advertising" from its launch since 1978 with the support of the late Al Edwards who was the Director of the Division of Research School of Business at the University of Michigan. It states that the journal provides prefatory information necessary to give readers background context in advertising. Moreover, it explores other options in an effort to solidify publication and circulation agreements.
