- Abstract
The article offers the author's insights regarding the difference between great and good colonels in Iraq. The author says that the great colonels operate with delicacy and make things happen based on how they do it. He states that the great colonels make organizations great by developing and endorsing people, building bridges, and filling gaps in relation to the capability of people, processes, or resources. Moreover, being a good colonel is not enough to achieve victory in a country.
