- Abstract
The article discusses various lawsuits and developments in juvenile laws. It discusses impact of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in the case Miller v. Alabama in which the court upheld that mandatory sentences of life without the possibility of parole are unconstitutional for juvenile offenders, on the juvenile delinquency case in Minnesota such as Ouk v. State. It also discusses implementation of a law related to access to juvenile delinquency records by the Minnesota House and Senate.
