- Abstract
The article focuses on litigations concerning rights imparted to students of the U.S. schools through the U.S. First Amendment. Topics discussed include summary judgment granted by a Fifth Circuit court in favor of school board in response to off-campus student expression rights, litigation filed by parents of a student who was suspended for sending threatening off campus text messages to a classmate and litigation of suspension of a student in Oregon due to Facebook calling to his teacher.
