- Abstract
The article reports that Central Bank of Audrain County, Mexico, Missouri, has requested the U.S. Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System's (Board) approval under section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to acquire First State Community Bank, Missouri. Audrain Bank's holding company, Central BHC, controls deposits of approximately 7.0 billion dollars.
