- Title
Structural biology: The dance of domains.
- Authors
Puglisi, Joseph D.
- Abstract
The article discusses the study conducted by H. M. Al-Hashimi concerning the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technique. It highlights an approach which provides various insights covering the structural dynamics of biological molecules, including X-ray crystallography which provides molecular models for the deoxyribonucleic acid structures, simple proteins and enzymes, electron microscopy for cryogenic temperatures, and NMR spectroscopy which provides molecular insights on large biological molecules.
