- Abstract
An essay is presented on global politics, the moral hazards associated with gay rights laws, and the treatment of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people in Israel as of October 2012. Human rights groups and the protection of oppressed and tortured sexual minorities are addressed, along with Joseph Massad's article "Re-Orienting Desire: The Gay International and the Arab World." LGBT human rights non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and human sexual freedom are also mentioned.
