- Abstract
The article discusses balloon occlusion used to treat persistent atrial fibrillation. A 56-year-old patient with atrial fibrillation was treated with an ablation procedure at sites of complex fractionated activity as well as with an electrical pulmonary venous isolation. Following treatment there was an atypical flutter found which needed a follow-up procedure.
