- Abstract
The pandemic led to social distancing and a drop in demand, resulting in lost sales in many sectors – this includes the bakery industry. As a result, the online channel, both for sales and for contact with customers, became much more important. Especially local search is becoming increasingly relevant. However, many SMEs lack this presence. Therefore, recommended actions for a website for a small family bakery are created. For interactive exchange with users, a social media strategy for Facebook is also designed with some sample posts.
