- Abstract
The article focuses on the Erlang C formula bound in the Halfin-Whitt regime. It states that the M/M/s queue or Erlang delay is one of the models of queueing theory, describing the probability of which customer is delayed at the system in steady speed. It relates that Halfin-Whitt regime refers to the arrival rate scale and the number of servers towards infinity and traffic intensity with distribution and density. Further, it discusses the properties of convergence and postulate conjectures.
