- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 55-year-old male with gradual, painless progressive diminution of vision both eyes (OU) for the last two years. It mentions that the clinical investigations revealed that the patient has intrasellar pituitary macroadenoma with acromegaly related to secondary hypertension and diabetes mellitus and severe proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Trans sphenoidal resection of the pituitary adenoma and vitrectomy for ocular complication management was advised.
