The article offers information regarding the importance of names in pharaohs in the Ancient Egypt due to its representation of their personality and their reign and allegiance. Topics discussed include three names called for kings in Ancient Egypt such as Nebty, Golden Horus, and Horus, several kings and rulers in Ancient Egypt including Rameses II, Thutmose I, and Tutankhamun, and the adoption of Egyptian names by foreign rulers of the country.
