- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 36-year-old pregnant woman with a three-day history of headache, visual disorders, myalgia and fever in southern Germany in May 2012. Urinalysis revealed leukocytes, tubular epithelial cells, mild proteinuria and non-glomerular hematuria. A rapid improvement of kidney function could be found after three days on hemodialysis.
