- Abstract
The article focuses on the U.S. court cause Territory of the United States Virgin Islands v. Goldman, Sachs & Co. which deal with the corporate dissolution laws of Delaware. Information is provided on how Delaware enacted a statutory scheme in the 1980s that allows a judicially supervised corporate dissolution that satisfies policy concerns.
