The article discusses the court case Air Wisconsin Airlines Corp. v. Hoeper which discuses the provision of airlines immunity from civil liability granted by the U.S. Congress. It reveals that breach of air transportation security in U.S. history prompted Congress to create the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to assess intelligence information related to transportation security. It reveals the Supreme Court decision related to provision of the Congress.
