The article focuses on the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), a group that serves as the world's forum for scientific and technical cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear technology. The agency was established in 1957 and aims to help in building capability to develop and apply nuclear technologies in its members. IAEA serves as the watchdog of the United Nations (UN) and helps in deploying nuclear power plants as well as advancing science and industry through improved reactors.
