The article offers information on the Tennessee Community Property Trust Act of 2010, a property ownership system which came from the Spanish civil law vesting couples with one-half interest in their community property. It mentions that in the system, a married couple's entire property is made as community property except those that are obtained through inheritance or gifts. It states that every practitioner must guide their clients regarding the cost of establishing community property trust.
