- Abstract
The article discusses two court cases regarding amnesiac presumptions reported on Tennessee Court of Appeals. The case involving Oscar Jeffreys and Nashville Railroad Co. Inc. states that Jeffreys suffered amnesia due to injuries from collision with the latter's train but was successfully rebutted by witnesses of the said event. Court case involving James Green and the City of Knoxville, says that Green was hit by a fire truck and suffered insomnia, but win presumption due to witness testimony.
