The article focuses on the limit of law regarding the regulation of raw milk and Kosher meat with the sacred cows and holy wars in the U.S. Topics discussed include private and public regulatory schemes that create difficulties in protecting both the consuming public and individual rights, rabbinical ruling on kosher labeling subject to the trademark infringement laws and historical and religious backdrop regarding kashrut.
