- Abstract
The article presents a clinical study involving a 3-year-old girl with an encapsulated myxopapillary ependymoma of the filum terminale. The clinical imaging has been made in response to the complaints of the girl with pain and tenderness over the midline of the buttock area after trauma to the sacrococcygeal region. Clinical findings and images have confirmed the formation of ependymoma. Details accounting the presence of ependymomas at the primary spinal cord and cauda equina region are posted.
