- Abstract
The article discusses the legal issues over the use of video testimony in criminal proceedings, particularly on the right of criminal defendants to confront witnesses against them under the Confrontation Clause of the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Also cited are a brief history of video use in criminal trials and how the courts should determine whether to allow video testimony in trials.
