- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 11-year-old male who was scheduled for scaling and multiple deciduous tooth extractions under general anesthesia. Topics include patient having history of X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD), administration of topiramate and divalproex under preoperative medications and reversal of neuromuscular blockade. It further informs about the use of anticonvulsant in an ALD patient with seizure disorders.
