ALTA HOSPITALAR PÓS TRANSPLANTE RENAL: PERCEPÇÕES E SENTIMENTOS DE ENFERMEIROS ASSISTENCIAIS.

- Abstract
Objetivo: Conhecer sentimentos e opiniões de enfermeiros sobre orientações prestadas a pacientes transplantados renais durante alta hospitalar. Métodos:pesquisa descritiva e exploratória, de abordagem qualitativa. Participaram oito enfermeiros da unidade de transplante renal do Hospital Walter Cantídio, em Fortaleza/Ceará. Utilizou-se técnica de grupo focal direcionado com entrevista semiestruturada para coleta de dados, que foram analisadas de acordo com análise de Bardin. Expressões não verbais também foram observadas e registradas. O estudo teve parecer favorável do Comitê de ética em pesquisa do Hospital Walter Cantídio sob N° 3.250.002. Resultados: observou-se que ausência de ações padronizada para enfermagem, espaço e tempo adequados e difícil assimilação das orientações pelos pacientes dificultam as orientações. Um misto de sentimentos surge no momento da alta. Os aspectos positivos foram: presença da equipe multidisciplinar, satisfação pela alta dos pacientes e reconhecimento do trabalho da equipe. Os negativos: comunicação deficiente entre médicos e enfermeiros, falta de organização do processo de alta e ausência de recursos audiovisuais. As sugestões de melhoria basearam-se nas dificuldades e aspectos negativos anteriormente mencionados. Conclusão: A padronização da alta hospitalar e o uso de tecnologias educacionais para a educação continuada dos pacientes facilitam a adesão ao tratamento, aumentando as chances de sucesso do transplante.
