- Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problem of integrating children with special educational needs into general educational institutions by creating the proper conditions for qualitative inclusive education. The purpose of the article is theoretical substantiation of instrumental characteristics that allow assessing the dynamics of the development of future teachers' professional readiness for the implementation of inclusive education in the conditions of the magistracy. The objectives of the study are: firstly, the definition of components, criteria and indicators for the future teacher's willingness to engage in inclusive education on the basis of a systematic approach; secondly, the elucidation of the requirements for knowledge and pedagogical skills that contribute to the formation of general and professional competencies, the mastery of which provides a sufficient level of integral competence as the basis for the development of the professional readiness of the future teacher to the implementation of inclusive education. To solve the first problem, the system of components, criteria and indicators of development of professional readiness of the future teacher in the conditions of the magistrecy is developed and theoretically substantiated. To solve the second problem, the barriers which hinder the successful implementation of inclusive processes were distinguished, the requirements for knowledge and pedagogical skills of the magistracy students for future professional activities were identified, and prospective guidelines were set for the organization of educational and cognitive activity of future teachers towards inclusive education. The study suggests that the development of future teachers' readiness for inclusive learning will be effective if it is based on the creative use of isolated instrumental characteristics that allow to evaluate the dynamics of future teachers' professional readiness for the inclusive education implementation in the magistracy.
