- Abstract
Based on Hertz contact theory elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, and rolling bearing dynamics theory, the stiffness model of folded elastic support integrated ball bearings is established and solved by SARB software. The offects of bearing operating parameters such as radial load, axial load, inner ring rotational speed, etc., as well as structural parameters such as section width and thickness of squirrel cage strips on stiffness of the bearings and folded elastic support integrated ball bearings are studied, and compared with the results of stiffness obtained by FEM (finite element method), the deviation range of the two methods is 5%~16%.The research results provide a theoretical basis for calculation and structural optimization of stiffness of folded elastic support integrated ball bearings.
