The article talks about Latin America. Topics include most activists interested in a federal and democratic Europe were active in the socialist left or among liberals and Christians; anti-fascist emigration to Latin America dates from 1922 and during the World War II, with the Nazi offensive for France and the other countries of continental Europe; and vast majority of Italian anti-fascists approached post-war Europe from the point of view of European integration.
